Vinculum Care in Port Huron, MI is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our on-site team. This role provides care and support for clients in their homes, including ADLs, personal care, companionship, and monitoring, with paid training and flexible full- or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Must possess GED or High School Diploma.
• Must be able to work independently and follow care plans and instructions.

Vinculum Care, a locally owned home health agency serving the Port Huron area since 2019, is seeking compassionate, dependable, and reliable Home Health Aides to join our growing team.

Paid Training Available

We are committed to helping individuals start or advance their caregiving careers by providing training opportunities for qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Must possess a valid GED or High School Diploma.
• Must be able to work independently and follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.

Position Overview

This is an on-site position providing care and support to clients in their homes throughout the Port Huron area. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Home Health Aide, Caregiver, or Direct Care Worker experience
• Home Health Aide Certification (not required; training is available)
