Job summary

Qualicare Homecare is seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to join as Homemaker/Companions. This role supports clients in their homes, providing companionship and essential personal care under supervision, with flexible shift options in the Phoenix Metro area.

Responsibilities include meal prep, light housekeeping, accompany clients on outings, errands, and adherence to care plans, along with documentation. Training, 401(k) matching, and PTO are available.

Qualifications

• Companionship and personal care tasks per care plan.
• Ability to follow care-plan and document updates.
• Good communication and empathy for clients and families.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and provide safe transport.

• Shifts ranging anywhere from 4 hours up to 12 hours. Immediate shifts available.

Job Summary

The Homemaker/Companion is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.
