Home Health Aide

As a Home Health Aide, you’ll provide high‑quality care following the Plan of Care, ensuring patients’ safety, well‑being, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily tasks
• Performing basic health care services such as checking vital signs and administering prescription medications
• Helping with general light housekeeping
• Driving/escorting clients to appointments and activities, ensuring safe and timely transport
