Job summary

AccordCare Home Health seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide to deliver high-quality care per the Plan of Care, ensuring patient safety, well-being, and satisfaction. You will assist with daily activities and health tasks, while supporting families and caregivers.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, self-determined scheduling, and differentiating shift options to fit patient needs, with care delivered in the Orlando area.

Qualifications

• HHA Certification (75-hour curriculum) required.
• CPR certification required (online courses not accepted).
• TB test or chest X-ray completed within the last six months.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily tasks.
• Perform basic health care tasks, including checking vital signs and administering medications.
• Help with light housekeeping as needed.
• Drive/escort clients to appointments and activities, ensuring safe transport.
