Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services the Home Health Aide is responsible with providing essential services to homebound elderly clients or patients with disabilities, a chronic illness, or other health issues. The Home Health Aide provides primary personal care to patients, such as bathing and dressing them in their own home while maintaining a compassionate and professional attitude.
This position reports to Director of Clinical Services
The incumbent must be able to effectively operate the current computer system, telephone system, and other office machines such as a copier.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
