Job Title: Home Health Aide

Village Caregiving, LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides in Oak Ridge, TN, and Harriman, TN, including surrounding areas. This is a part-time position offering day and afternoon shifts with competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Help with mobility, transferring, and positioning
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and activities
• Assist with feeding and hydration
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous healthcare or in-home care experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Background check clearance

Benefits
