Job Description

• Assist patients with personal hygiene, exercise, dressing and other daily tasks (in compliance with agency policies and procedures, and federal and state regulations)
• Take vitals and report changes in patient condition in a timely manner
• Provide patient with nutritional support by preparing meals when needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current 75-Hour Home Health Aide Certification
• Two years of experience in home health care
• Training by an accredited vocational school or hospital; or currently enrolled in an accredited School of nursing with 6 months clinical experience
• Current CPR Certification
