Interim HealthCare Inc. in New Philadelphia, OH is hiring a part-time Home Health Aide (HHA) for day shifts. Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM.

You’ll deliver one-on-one in-home care to patients, helping maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. This role offers weekly pay, a Daily Pay option, and a consistent schedule with no overtime. You’ll assist with personal care, daily living activities, nutrition, and companionship, while communicating changes to the nursing team and

Formación

• Six months of verifiable experience assisting with personal care or caregiving.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and document notes.
• Reliable transportation to and from patient homes.
• Valid Driver's License and current Auto Insurance are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with daily personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Help with activities of daily living such as light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and shopping.
• Provide nutritional support and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Offer companionship and conversation to patients.
• Observe changes in condition and report to the nursing team.
• Follow care plans and provide compassionate one-on-one home visits.

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will:

• Assist patients with daily personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

To qualify for a Home Health Aide (HHA) position with us, you will need:

• Six (6) months of verifiable experience assisting with personal care or providing hands-on caregiving.
• Attention to detail and the ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to and from patient homes.
• Valid Driver's License and current Auto Insurance are required.
