• Certification in CNA/HHA/PCA preferred
• Experience in in-home elder care is beneficial
• Compassionate, dependable demeanor preferred

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility and meals while promoting safety and independence
• Cognitive Support: provide care for seniors with dementia or cognitive challenges with gentle techniques
• Companionship & Household Support: provide conversation, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping and communicate with families and care teams

Education

What You’ll Do

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals while supporting safety, dignity, and independence.

• Cognitive Support: Provide compassionate care for seniors living with dementia or other cognitive challenges, using gentle techniques to promote comfort and safety.

• Companionship & Household Support: Offer conversation and emotional support, prepare meals, provide medication reminders, assist with light housekeeping, and communicate with families and care teams as needed.

Preferred Experience

• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is a plus
