About the Opportunity:As a Home Care Aide - per diem, you’ll be a critical source of strength, care, and comfort for those we serve. In this role, you will:

  • Provide professional, compassionate, and personal care to home care clients
  • Deliver support directly in residences across our community
  • Carry out care plans as assigned by the Home Care Manager
  • Make every interaction one of dignity, respect, and hope
Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of state regulated training program; or have the equivalent verifiable training and experience
  • Minimum of three months’ experience in a health care setting with hands-on client care
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR
  • Must pass competency exam/evaluation
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to all communities within the Northeast Region (Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware counties)
  • If transporting a resident, must provide proof of automobile liability insurance and valid state driver’s license

Pay Range
$16.06 - $18.71 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
