Village Caregiving is seeking an In Home Caregiver for a client in Lyndon Station, WI. This is a part-time, hourly role providing non-medical care and daily living support in the client's home with a flexible schedule and growth opportunities.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and appointments. Requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, background check and drug screening; strong communication and reliability are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes.
• Help clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, bathrooming, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Administer medication reminders.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.

Job Summary

Village Caregiving is seeking an In Home Caregiver for a client in Lyndon Station, WI. This individual will provide non‑medical care and support to clients in their homes. This is a part‑time, hourly position with a flexible schedule. The caregiver will be responsible for helping clients with daily tasks, such as bathing, meal preparation, and medication reminders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be dedicated to providing reliable, quality care.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16 to $22, depending on experience and qualifications. The caregiver will be paid semi‑monthly and will also have the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
