Trusted Ally Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to support clients in their homes. You will assist with daily personal care, mobility, and light household tasks while maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Excellent communication is essential to coordinate with the care team and families. A high school diploma is required; CNA preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are needed to reach clients across multiple states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred.
• Previous experience as a home health aide, caregiver, or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to clients.
• Monitor health and assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Assist with light household tasks as needed.
• Document care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality service.

Compensation

• $15.00 - $18.00 an hour
