Job summary

Arcadia Home Care and Staffing – an Addus family company, is actively hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Caregivers across Michigan, including Homer, Belleville, Jackson and more. You will help clients stay in their homes with personal care, light housekeeping and meal prep.

We offer full-time or part-time hours, weekly or daily pay options, premium holiday pay, and benefits. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care is preferred.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and current Auto Insurance.
• Willing to work every other weekend.
• Excellent attendance is required and clients depend on you.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, shopping for essentials, and meal preparation.
• Engage clients with conversation, games and activities to promote wellbeing.

What you will be doing as Home Health Aides (HHA) / Caregiver

• Enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.


• Support clients by providing light housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals / snacks and running errands.


• Keep clients engaged through conversation, games, and other forms of entertainment.

Some of our requirements:

• Experience providing personal care for others is preferred.


• Valid Driver’s License, and current Auto Insurance


• Must be willing and able to work every other weekend.


• GREAT ATTENDANCE is required. Our clients depend on us for their quality of life!
