Job summary

Senior Helpers is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to serve clients in Milford and surrounding communities in Massachusetts. If you're compassionate and seeking flexible hours with one-on-one care, we'd love to have you on our team.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts (10-40 hours per week), with morning, evening, overnight and weekend options. Pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour, plus paid sick time, referral bonuses, and ongoing training from supportive office staff.

Qualifications

• HHA certification preferred.
• Caregiving experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Help clients remain safe and independent at home.
