Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, CNA, or similar caregiving role preferred.
• Genuine compassion and patience when assisting elderly or disabled clients.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in health or condition to supervisors.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and ambulation as needed.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality personal care.
