• Minimum 1 year of Home Health Aide (HHA) experience.
• Valid New Jersey Home Health Aide Certificate.

• Current physical exam (within 1 year).
• PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years).
• Proof of MMR immunization (within 10 years).
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption.
• Driver’s license preferred.
