Job summary

AFRICAN CAREGIVERS LLC is seeking a Home Health Aide to work directly with patients in their homes, following a one-on-one care plan. You will provide personalized, attentive care, build genuine relationships, and maintain a healthy, safe environment aligned with patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care like bathing.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor.
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
