Job summary

Londyn Private-Duty Homecare in Exton, PA is seeking dependable Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care to clients in a home setting with a consistent morning schedule. This part-time position is ideal for HHAs, CNAs, caregivers, and nursing students who value independence and compassionate care.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with paid orientation, a supportive office team, and opportunities for advancement. Weekend availability is required on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Professional caregiving experience preferred.
• HHA or CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Nursing students are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Update Care notes.
• Support clients with daily routines and activities.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with mobility and safe ambulation.
• Prepare light meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor changes in client condition.
• Follow the client's care plan and established safety procedures.
