Overview

Maximum Care, Inc. is looking for a Direct Care Worker to join our team. Maximum Care, Inc. has been in business for over 40 years, supporting the elderly, disabled, and participants with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities

• Care for Participants and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect, addressing physical and emotional care due to illness, injury, disability, etc.
• Home assistance: Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation if needed. Accompany clients to appointments and assist/reminders with medications. Prepare meals, purchase food, and provide personal assistance with general living needs. Personal services could include toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
• Companionship: Provide companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting an individual.
