Job summary

Home Instead in Danvers seeks compassionate caregivers to assist seniors in their homes. The role includes providing companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, and transportation.

Shifts range from 3 to 12 hours, with immediate openings available. Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training, benefits, and supportive equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate and caring.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred (e.g., caring for a family member or loved one).
• Must have current and valid driver's license.
• Must have personal vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Must pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to seniors.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Remind clients to take their medications.
• Offer personal care services.
• Transport clients as needed.
