Position Summary:

As a Home Health or Hospice Aide, your focus will be on helping patients with daily activities and providing personal care. AI-supported tools allow you to document key patient details efficiently, giving you more time to deliver compassionate, hands-on care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistpatients withactivities of daily living(ADLs) andmonitorbasic health needs.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• One (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training highly preferred.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

• Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred.
• In states where licensure is not required (AL, FL, MI, MT, NM, TX), applicants must meet one of the following:
  • They are already a licensed/certified aide; or
  • They have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program AND have been continuously employed in that capacity for the previous 24 months
• Current CPR certification required.
