Zusammenfassung

BrightSpring Health Services, via its Adoration Health affiliate, is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personal care and assist patients with activities of daily living in their homes under the supervision of a licensed clinician.

You will follow care plans, monitor vital signs, support mobility and daily tasks, maintain safety, and document patient status in accordance with agency guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Home Health Aide Training Program is required.
• State certification/registration (if applicable) may be required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Aufgaben

• Follow established policies and procedures.
• Implement the care plan as directed by the supervising clinician.
• Deliver personal care services including bathing, grooming, hygiene, and dressing assistance.
• Assist with vital signs monitoring, mobility support, feeding, toileting, and use of medical equipment; perform light housekeeping and ensure home safety.
• Address patient concerns professionally and respectfully.
• Communicate patient concerns to supervisor or designated staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Report issues promptly and contribute to resolution efforts.
• Fulfill continuing education requirements and maintain competency.
• Apply infection control protocols and universal precautions consistently.
• Sanitize and transport patient care equipment; dispose of medical waste properly.
• Identify and report changes in patient condition.
• Document and report patient status accurately per agency and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in scheduled meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
• Maintain and manage patient care equipment and supplies.

Ausbildung

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of Home Health Aide Training Program
