Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in Hamilton, NJ to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support mobility while following a nurse-provided care plan.

Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative, and able to work independently. A driver’s license is preferred; background checks and health screenings are required.

Qualifications

• New Jersey CHHA license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal prep and medication reminders.
• Follow the care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in clients' condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
