Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to deliver compassionate, non-medical care in clients’ homes. You will provide companionship and support, helping with daily activities and ensuring a safe, comforting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Home Health Aide or similar caregiving role.
• Ability to provide non-medical care, companionship, and support.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
