Apploi is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support individuals in their own homes. You will help with daily activities, provide companionship, and ensure safety and comfort while promoting independence.

Experience in patient care is helpful but not required; a strong sense of responsibility and good communication with the care team are valued. Flexible schedules and weekly pay are offered through a supportive team environment.

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report changes in a client's condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
