Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in the comfort of their homes. A car is required for travel between clients.

Prior patient care experience is helpful but not required as we value the right attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor client conditions, help with mobility using equipment, and perform light housekeeping while maintaining HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with a care team.
• Reliable, patient, and attentive to client needs.
• Must have a car to travel to clients’ homes.

• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior

• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
