SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate care professionals to join our Lowcountry team in Bluffton, SC, delivering in-home care that respects clients’ independence and dignity. You will provide companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and personal care in clients' homes.
