Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery at home, enabling families to spend quality time with loved ones. The role includes case management and clinical oversight of an interdisciplinary team, with a focus on educating patients and caregivers for disease management.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home by providing nurse-led care.
• Educate patients and families to reach health goals and manage diseases.
• Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team.
