PruittHealth @ Home seeks a seasoned Administrator/Director of Operations to lead home health services, ensuring clinical excellence and strong operational performance. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, fiscal management, staff development, and outcomes across the agency.

The position requires RN/PT/OT licensure, 2+ years of home health leadership, and a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration.

Qualificações

Active, unrestricted RN, PT, or OT license.
Proven leadership experience in home health administration or operations.
Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations.
Demonstrated success in staff leadership, compliance, and census growth.
Bachelor's degree with training in healthcare administration.

Responsabilidades

Provide operational and clinical leadership for home health agency.
Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and state regulations.
Oversee OASIS accuracy, PDGM and RCD compliance, and QAPI initiatives.
Drive census growth through referrals and market engagement.
Lead budgeting, financial performance, and productivity management.
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing staff.
Maintain infection control, patient rights, and risk management.
Utilize MatrixCare and data to drive outcomes.
