Job summary

Celebrity Home Health, Inc. in Nevada seeks a Home Health Administrator to lead agency operations and ensure compliant, high-quality delivery of skilled services in the state.

You will direct administrative operations, coordinate clinical leadership, staffing, finance, compliance, QAPI, emergency preparedness, policies and reporting, and survey readiness; oversee performance and resources. Strong communication with the governing body and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Must satisfy CMS and Nevada administrator qualifications.
• A licensed physician, RN, or qualifying undergraduate degree plus required health-services administrative or supervisory experience.
• Home health leadership and Medicare certification experience are strongly preferred.
• Background checks and license verification required.
