The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of company experience and 1–2 years retail experience, plus the ability to pass a drug test and work weekends or overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 6 months company experience and 1–2 years related retail experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age and able to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and weekends/overtime as needed.
• Lift truck certification/license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the check stand ends, power panel (wing), outrigger, crossover merchandise, clip/swing displays, and gift card displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and model the Company's core values.
• Order merchandise and maintain/stock displays per schematic.
• Ensure pricing integrity, planograms, and stockroom standards are followed.
• Respond to customer comments/complaints and maintain compliance with EAS standards.
