Job summary

TESO Group in Lynnwood, WA is hiring a Home Goods Combined Team Leader to supervise snacks and grocery merchandising, replenishment, and display execution. You will ensure accurate pricing, clean displays, and timely restocking while coaching team members to uphold service standards.

Responsibilities include stockroom organization, FIFO rotation, monitoring stock levels for fast-moving items, and reporting issues to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred; training possible.
• Willingness to learn product merchandising and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage stocking, front-facing, displays, shelf organization, and fullness.
• Ensure price labels and signage are accurate, clear, and current.
• Report out-of-stocks and mispriced items to managers.
• Perform replenishment, recovery, FIFO rotation, and product put-away.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with adjustments.
• Coach team members and supervise on-site execution.
• Open/close meetings and document area tasks.
