Job summary

TESO Group in the United States seeks a Home Goods Team Lead to drive frontline execution in our snacks and grocery areas. You will oversee stock levels, replenishment, price labeling, and displays, while coaching teammates to maintain clean, organized aisles and engaging shopping experiences.

Under the Store Manager, you will prioritize accurate merchandising, expiration checks, and exceptional customer service, ensuring promotions and displays reflect current programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or related service industries preferred.
• Willing to learn merchandising, replenishment, and price labeling.
• Strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage stocking, front-facing, displays, shelf organization, and shelf fullness.
• Ensure price labels and signage are accurate, clear, and current.
• Correct and report out-of-stocks or disorganized displays promptly.
• Perform replenishment, recovery, FIFO rotation, and product put-away as required.
• Monitor stock levels and report overstock or slow-moving items.
• Maintain clean aisles and proper product placement.
• Provide customer service and product recommendations.
• Coach new team members and supervise execution of tasks.
• Complete work records and report issues promptly.
