Job summary

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on quality, style, or value of home furnishings and assist in selecting items.
• Develop expertise in customer experience and sales execution to meet customer needs.
• Verify prices are correct and items are accounted for on sales orders.
• Set up advertising displays and stock shelves and displays for promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries in person or via telephone and maintain CRM records.
• Assist in other store departments as required.
