Job summary

Regency Management Services is seeking a Home Furnishing Consultant in Manahawkin, NJ to help customers find furniture, mattresses and décor, and to build relationships with clients. You’ll bring an energetic, friendly personality to connect with customers and understand their style needs to provide tailored recommendations.

You will greet customers, stay informed about product features and promotions, and contribute to achieving sales targets while enjoying paid training and unlimited earning

Qualifications

• No experience required; our training program was built by successful sales associates to prepare you to maximize your earning potential
• A passion for customer service and a talent for building relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
