Job summary

GYMGUYZ Ventura County is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to provide personalized in-home fitness training, empowering clients to reach their goals with tailored plans and a supportive coaching style.

You will train clients at their homes or other designated locations, designing programs based on individual fitness levels and preferences, offering ongoing motivation and progress monitoring. A flexible schedule and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 1–2 years of experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions in clients’ homes or designated locations.
• Develop customized exercise programs based on clients’ fitness levels, goals, and preferences.
• Design workouts using a variety of equipment to keep clients engaged and challenged.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability throughout the fitness journey.
• Monitor progress and adjust training plans to ensure continued success.
