Wurth Group of North America Inc. is seeking a Driver III to operate a Tractor Trailer with Class A license, Hazmat preferred, home nightly, and a $3k sign-on bonus. The role involves on-site duties in Sumner, WA, delivering orders safely and on time while complying with DOT regulations.

Salary at $30 per hour with potential overtime; company benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401K and generous PTO. CDL Class A required with 5-7 years in a similar role preferred.

• Working knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations.

• Operates forklifts in compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
• Lift/carry/maneuver heavy material or equipment (up to 75lbs)
• Pass a drug screen and background check
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Prepare truck for operation by loading, securing items and verifying shipping papers.
• Inspect truck tires, lights, brakes, fluids for safe operation and preventive maintenance.
• Deliver orders via the most effective route to meet time frames.
• Maintain communication with company during deliveries for updated instructions.
• Document delivery and receipt of orders as directed and report discrepancies.
• Increase customer satisfaction by collecting feedback and resolving issues.
• Inform customers of new products and services to boost satisfaction and sales.
• Follow safety and quality processes and maintain driving records.
