Responsibilities

• Maintain up to date knowledge of loan program updates & internal credit policy requirements.
• Provide coverage for Home Equity Scenario Desk, responding to various guideline questions.
• Document common scenarios and create QRG/FAQs to support teams.
• Ownership of addressing Internal Audit findings & remediation.
