Job summary

Best Buy in Hyannis, MA is seeking a part-time Geek Squad Installation Helper to join a team delivering and installing electronics in customers' homes. You will advise on product placement and make recommendations on product, service, and content, while working solo or with a partner.

You’ll help manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, and process paperwork and payments. The role also includes providing feedback to store teams and performing in-store repairs when applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds with a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on product placement and provide recommendations on product, service and content.
• Work independently or in a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
• Provide feedback and training opportunities to store teams and complete in-store repairs.
