Job summary

Best Buy’s Geek Squad Installation Helper team member assists with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics at customers’ homes, supporting the deployment and integration of consumer devices.

You'll advise on product placement, work solo or with a teammate, manage inventory and vehicle tasks, process paperwork and payments, and share feedback to store teams while helping with in-store repairs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb alone or 150 lb with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and recommendations regarding product, service and content.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payment.
• Provide feedback and training opportunities to the store teams and complete in-store repairs.
