Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Rapid City seeks a Dialysis Home Therapies Nurse to coordinate the administrative and clinical aspects of our home dialysis program, including home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis options, and to communicate with patients and staff to ensure high standards of care.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday; on call as needed. Compensation ranges from $36-$48 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical team on patient care concerns and changes.
• Coordinate home training sessions, clinic visits, and patient education.
• Monitor patient supply ordering and ensure quality care.
• Communicate regularly with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain patient care parameters and complete documentation.
