Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Home Therapies Nurse to coordinate administrative and clinical aspects of the home dialysis program, including home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. You will liaise with patients and the care team to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers fulltime scheduling, with shifts starting at 8am, and on-call as needed. Compensation ranges from $37-$46 per hour, commensurate with experience in nursing and dialysis.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required; dialysis experience is a plus.
• FL RN license is required and driving may be involved.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical team on patient care, hospitalizations, discharges, and modality changes.
• Coordinate home training sessions, clinic visits, patient care conferences and home visits.
• Monitor patient supply ordering and usage while maintaining quality care.
• Communicate regularly with the interdisciplinary care team about home program activities.
• Monitor ongoing patient care parameters and document accordingly.
• Perform all registered nurse functions and duties.
• Maintain records and training documentation per ESRD Network and policy.
