Job summary

Somatus is seeking a Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD) Registered Nurse to deliver home dialysis care and patient training. You will assess patients, perform PD/HHD treatments, and ensure safety and quality under supervision of medical leadership.

The role requires daily travel up to 50% and a compact nursing license for Virginia. The position emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, adherence to state/federal regulations, and collaboration with the Clinical

Qualifications

• Must have compact license and ability to work in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patient care.
• Develop initial and ongoing assessments and patient training.
• Administer and document medications as authorized and documented in patient records.
