Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• Valid PCT national or state-specific certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• At least two years of patient care experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel between facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces home hemodialysis (HHD) and/or peritoneal dialysis (PD) training.
• Assists with patient intake: vital signs, weight, and intake form.
• Maintains communication with HT RN and care team.
• Prepares and disinfects dialysis equipment and exam/training rooms.
• Sets up HHD/PD equipment, monitors treatment, and documents in the medical record.
• Reviews treatment records and reports missing/abnormal data to the HT RN.
• Supports supplies management and inventory control.
• Participates in staff huddles and team meetings.
• Performs clerical duties as assigned.
