Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of interior design experience or related professional disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education.
• Experience supporting design development, documentation, or coordination activities.
• Experience with established processes under moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Guide homebuyers through the design selection process, providing information on finishes, materials, and available options.
• Prepare and document design selections to ensure accuracy and alignment with operational requirements.
• Maintain design samples, finish libraries, and presentation materials to support buyer appointments and model selections.
• Assist in developing cohesive design palettes that reflect community standards and market trends.
• Review design selections for completeness, accuracy, and feasibility.
• Coordinate with construction, purchasing, and sales teams to answer design-related questions and clarify selection details.
• Resolve design or documentation issues using prior experience and structured analysis.
• Support model home design preparation, including materials research and coordination with merchandising.
• Provide guidance or assistance to entry-level design or support team members.
