Job summary

Furnitureland South, Inc. is hiring to start a driving career with a CDL B permit. No prior driving experience is required, as paid training and hands-on guidance are provided. You will be paired with a lead driver to build experience in home delivery.

Daily work includes loading, transporting, and setting up furniture with white-glove service, while maintaining vehicle logs per DMV/DOT rules. Overnight travel is expected two nights weekly, with per diem for hotel stays when necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
• A clean driving record
• The ability to pass a physical assessment and lift up to 150 lbs.
• The ability to pass a DOT drug screen and obtain a medical card
• Motivation to learn and start a new career

• Help inspect furniture and verify delivery contents

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE AN EXPERIENCED DRIVER TO GET STARTED

Paid training and on-the-job guidance are designed to help you learn the role, build confidence, and understand delivery expectations. After initial training, you will be partnered with a lead driver to build your experience.
