Home Delivery Driver - $1,000 Hiring Bonus

Position Summary

As a Home Delivery Driver for Mom’s Meals, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their meals for the upcoming week. Your duties include loading and unloading prepacked meal boxes from designated cold storage to customers’ homes, providing prompt delivery, and delivering excellent customer service, reflecting our Core Values at Mom’s Meals.

We are offering a $1,000 hiring bonus for this position, payable after 90 days of employment.

Schedule and Compensation

• Schedule: 4-day work week, Tuesday-Friday
• Pay: $17.50 per hour
• Monthly Bonus Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws
• Load meals into vehicle at cold storage
• Deliver meals to clients, often into their homes
• Communicate with clients regarding delivery issues
• Record deliveries accurately on MMHD app
• Follow food safety procedures
• Maintain equipment and vehicle safety
• Report vehicle or equipment issues promptly
• Assist with vehicle and driver audits
• Ensure compliance with delivery protocols

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficient with smartphones and GPS
• Basic math skills
• Ability to drive in various weather conditions
• Pass post-offer drug screen, background check, and MVR check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous delivery experience
