Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers bring home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free environment.

You will engage customers with consultative selling, build relationships, and collaborate with a team to drive sales while adapting to flexible retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail experience and bilingual skills are a plus.
