Job summary

At Home is seeking a Team Member in Ohio to support operations, front-end and merchandising processes, maintaining a selling culture by adhering to company standards designed to drive sales.

The role involves cashier duties, receiving and stocking freight, store recovery, and daily task completion while contributing to customer satisfaction and loss prevention. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Reliable and trustworthy with ethical and honest behavior.
• Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business

Responsibilities

• Maintains a positive attitude, works with urgency, and follows all company directives and procedures.
• Delivers excellent customer service in a customer-focused environment.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties, ensuring transactions are accurate and customers have a positive experience.
• Unloads, processes, and stocks freight following store merchandising guidelines.
• Performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• Completes daily/weekly workload and ensures tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Actively participates in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention.
• Other duties based on business needs.
