AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. in Greensboro, NC is seeking a full-time Shuttle Driver to safely operate commercial motor vehicles and service customer freight on time, while complying with DOT regulations.

As a team member, you will build professional relations with customers, perform pre-trip checks, fuel vehicles, and handle daily duties. The role includes a robust benefits package and flexible hours to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years or older required.
• Class A Interstate Commercial Drivers' License (CDL) required.
• One year driving experience required.
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Satisfactory background check.
• Pass ACT road test.
• Comply with all company policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and legal operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Record quantity and type of shipments using bills of lading, delivery receipts and tally sheets.
• Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain professional relations with customers.
• Hook and unhook trailers from tractors, including cranking lever to raise/lower landing gear.
• Inspect equipment for defects and safe operating condition as required by law and AAA Cooper.
• Fuel trucks and tractors.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
